A resident of Downtown Miami, Carley Fernandes represents buyers, sellers, and investors in luxury condominiums and single-family homes in several key neighborhoods in Miami-Dade County including Brickell, Edgewater, Midtown Miami, Miami Design District, Downtown Miami, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove.

Carley is a proven go-getter with a creative touch. A Massachusetts Native, Carley grew up near Cape Cod and has since resided in Providence, Williamsburg Brooklyn and the Financial District of Manhattan before deciding to call South Florida home. Having lived in many different states and cities, Carley’s diverse background is a testament to both her wit and ability to adapt. With a degree in fashion merchandising and retail marketing, Carley has an eye for design that helps clients with envisioning layouts, selecting decor and furnishings, staging, and ideating renovations, while also incorporating the business and investment component to best service her clients.
