Melisa Levinson

Biography

A native South Floridian, and a proud Coral Gables resident. Melisa began her early career as a provisional real estate broker in South Carolina and North Carolina, for one of the top sales teams located in the state. In 2015 Melisa focused her real estate career exclusively in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, and South Miami. Melisa has handled several complex real estate transactions and differentiates herself with extreme attention to detail and keen negotiation skills. Melisa brings real world experience to her clients and She makes it her top priority to understand the varying and unique needs of her clients. In Melisa’s time away from Real estate she has a strong sense of devotion for the nonprofit sector. Melisa is a board member of Project Ready for School that supplies underprivileged children at a local coconut grove elementary with school supplies and also recently joined Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Foundation. One of her favorite quotes is “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” Melisa resides in Coral Gables with her husband, two children and their two Goldendoodles.
