Maya Vander from the Netflix series “Selling Sunset” has joined Compass’ Coconut Grove office.
Vander will work with Compass in both Florida and California. Her new Maya Vander Group will be based in Coconut Grove.
“With growth in mind, my move to Compass couldn’t come at a better time,” Vander said. “The brokerage embodies the luxury and progressiveness that I see in both myself and my group. Between its technology and expansive network, I’m thrilled to watch the Maya Vander Group grow to new heights.”
Vander, 40, previously worked with Keller Williams Realty in Florida and The Oppenheim Group in California. Multiple news outlets reported this week that Vander will not return to “Selling Sunset” for the show’s sixth season so that she can focus on her South Florida real estate business.
“From its branding to its tools, I’m excited to tap into the abundance of resources Compass provides so that my focus can remain on quality of service, growth and my family here in South Florida,” Vander said.
